Promotional Materials: Indicate size of advertisement and type of publication. If it is a promotional item (ie flyer, brochure) indicate the size, and whether it is double sided. Note: on-line quotations are for design services only. If printing is required we will quote the printing separately once we have spoken to you and discussed printing options.

Web Sites: What is the main purpose of your web site? Please indicate the approximate number of pages the site will be. Give current URL if the site is being updated or redone. Indicate if this is a commerce site (requiring a shopping cart). Do you require a Contact Management System which allows you to easily update the site yourself? Do you need a photo gallery (slide show) or require any forms on the site? Feel free to list any URLs that are similar to what you are looking for.

Corporate Identity: Please indicate if business is new or if this is a rebranding of an existing company. Is it Privately Owned (Number of Locations) or a Franchise / Potential Franchise (Number of Locations). Will stationary or signage be required?
